Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a talented specialist with ASO and SEO experience.
Requirements:
  • Assembling semantic core for all the available localizations;
  • Optimization and adaptation of application metadata considering regional markets' characteristics;
  • Monitoring search positions of company applications and competitors;
  • ASO activities efficiency analytics;
  • Hypothesis on improving the search positions of applications and testing them through experiments;
  • Interaction with UA-managers for the preparation of keywords and optimization of Apple Search Ads campaigns;
  • Preparation and maintenance of internal ASO documents;
  • Analysis of ranking mechanisms and timely adaptation to their changes;
  • Analysis of competitors' ASO strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support for Aimo Apps products BY EMAIL (iOS and Android) - note that this is not a call-center position;
  • Help-center management (to create and provide updates for products FAQ sections and help guides);
  • Support statistics and data analysis compilation;
  • Communicating user issues/feature requests to the development/product teams;
  • Moderating user reports and escalating legal/privacy/GDPR issues.
Requirements:
  • English level Advanced or higher;
  • Excellent writing skills;
  • Proficiency in at least one other foreign language - German, Spanish, French, etc. More languages are a huge plus!
  • Sufficient multitasking ability;
  • Active mobile user (iOS or Android);
  • Drive for results;
  • High level of stress resistance;
  • Ability to work remotely, on weekends (regularly) and on holidays (if it's your luck). That's compensated by shorter hours in the office!
